OCC held its Extension Project with the Barangay Officials of Barangay San Juan, Cainta, Rizal. Team Building activities and a Strategic Planning Training-Workshop were held with Guest lecturer and facilitator, Dr. Cecilia S. Austero. Dr. Victoria C. Naval delivered the Welcome Remarks, Purpose, and Mechanics of the Training -Workshop and introduced the guest lecturer. Dean Jan Michael A. Santiago discussed the future projects of the College to be extended to the residents of Barangay San Juan. He likewise thanked Barangay Chair Normita N. Felix for organizing the participation of the Barangay Officials in the activities. It was a fruitful day for the participants in terms of enhancing their skills and knowledge and developing teamwork and growth mindset skills. Dr. Mariam Fatima C. Sta. Ana, the Director of OCC Research, Planning, and Extension was the overall Chair of the activity including giving Certificates of Appreciation and Participation to the Guest lecturer and all the participants respectively.
